Ok I have been having a cold start problem with my rebuild since i got it (ive posted this before). it absolutely will not start without starter fluid. But once ran starts fine all day. Someone suggested it may be an injector problem. Do you think getting my injectors cleaned will help? The primaries have been in the car since my friend got it including when it sat for 2 years. The secondaries were put in along with the rebuild (cause my friends mechanic was an *** monkey) but were used.

Why would anyone rebuild an engine and NOT send out the injectors? That is just asking for trouble. Even if that isn't the problem, send them out anyway.

 

Well he never mentioned sending them out. Is there any other reason for a none existant cold start? Its doesnt even give the slightest indication of turning over but if i give a half a spray of starter fluid it kicks over in 2 cranks and will start immediately the rest of the day.
