NV questions about my turbo build

So i tried searching first but couldnt find any direct answers.

I am building and s5 tii motor right now and i plan on street porting it.

some of my many questions are:

Can the stock tii injectors and tii fuel pump handle a streetport and possibly a larger turbo?

How much boost can i safely run on the street and how much can i crank it up to on the track?

Will i HAVE to do any tuning to the ecu besides the fuel cut defendor to run a streetport and bigger turbo?

What aftermarket turbos can be used on the stock exhaust manifold?

Are there any aftermarket exhaust manifolds out there cuz i have not been able to find any.

anything bad about the corksport fmic kit?

thanks for answering my questions without flaming me.

Porting matters little if you're talking about still using the stock turbo. Stock turbo + higher than stock boost requires a better fuel pump at least. Larger secondaries and fuel control/timing control are advised. You absolutely need larger injectors and a better fuel pump for anything larger than the stock turbo.

That depends on the turbo, its efficiency range, and what you have fuel/ECU-wise.

You will blow the engine if you use a larger turbo and just an FCD. Skip the FCD altogether, and use a standalone.

Sure, there are lots. Ebay has tons of Chinese ones, and there are others made by companies like HKS.

or have one made out of steam pipe bends with flanges to suit your turbo and wastegate. Then you dont live in fear of your pretty looking chinese s/s mani cracking every five minutes

Or you could just buy a real one from Racing Beat

Also, yes you will need bigger Injectors, and yes you will need some kind of engine management. Something for a low budget build would be an Rtek 1.7 or preferably 2.1
