Question on oil injection lines comming off of OMP
88 TII
One of the lines that go from the OMP to the back of the LIM have broken off while taking apart my intake assembly. They use these metal clips to hold them on and im trying to figure out how to get it back on there.
Do i have to replace the line or is there another way to get it on there.
Thanks.

pretty much replacement is the answer. Gotham racing has some stainless lines for the OMP injectors. For the FD at least. I think that they offer them for the FC as well. If not call Ray Crowe @ Malloy Mazda 1-888-533-3400 They are around 25-50 bucks a piece depending on which one you broke.
The SS lines are 100 for a pair.(2) but last forever

If one broke they probably all need to be changed. I did the same thing as these guys and it worked great. If you need the car right away screw a plug in the broken tubing and put some outboard motor oil in your gas (TCW3) @100/1 ratio.

I had the same problem when I replaced my engine. The engine I had bought was a long block that was complete save for one sensor and one of the OMP lines had been broken. I just went down to an industrial hardware store and bought some food grade latex tubing and spliced the existing OMP line to the new one. You can re-use the metal clips (I did) but a better fix would be to use some stainless steel safety wire. The fix cost me about 1.50 good thing since I was fargin broke.

Thanks for the info good read in that thread. So im not sure how much was spent on what Racer X8 did. It seems the best route to take so far. Also it looks like he has an N/A is there any diffrence with a TII on length needed and such?

Yeah, I don't know about the TII lengths, but it is easy to just measure them. 10 feet will probably still be plenty of teflon tubing if your worried about running out of tubing due to the TII lines being longer.
Yeah my lines are still holding up well, I like looking in my engine bay and seeing my oil in my lines. Very high coolness factor!
