problems problems problems..fuel inj leak..

well i got 300 miles on my new engine,. was running without problems..then!! today when i start it up..warm up the car...white smoke from under the hood..WTF?????
well shut it down..pop the hood..then..discover..fuel every where..a pond of fuel right above the intake manifold before it get into the engine..right under the inj..clean it up...crank it up again run out...fuel back..from inj leak...
got new inj but ..who have the best way to put new injectors in?? help please

what!!! nobody know how to change the injectors???
c'mon..any experts around??? help please

I don't know if this helps, but I had fuel leaking from the secondary injectors.

I replaced the o-rings that go on the top of the injectors (the part that sticks up in the fuel rail) and it stopped my leak.

The O rings and injector grommits should be replaced every time the injectors come out. Did you do that when you put the new or rebuilt motor in???

Its also very important that you coat the new rubber seals with motor oil before installation. Hope that helps...

thanks i havn't , didn't replace the O ring @ the injectors
i'll try that cos' the price of th einjectors it self...325 ea @ the mazda dealer here!!!!!.
but i'll get the o-ring replace that and see..
now any tips on how to take the intake out so i can reach in to replace it??? TIA

you should order the haynes manual. itll save you alot of time and headaches with the car. its about 20 dollars online.
