Angry Problems with the ol rx-7

hey every one this is my first time posting a thread i hope some one can help me.

I'm having a problem with my acceleration once i hit 3500rpm and i smash the pedal down i get nothing but when i barely touch the accelerater i can go past 3500 what is up with this thing? My car stays at the same rpm and speed but i hear a winding coming from under the hood.

Please some on tell me what the hell is wrong with this thing.

I also have a nasty vibration that seems to be coming from the rear when i'm going any where inbetween 55-90. But the vibration stops once i hit lower or higher then that. Especially when i'm going 100+ it rides a like a dream.

i have chatter in my clutch as well but i haven't had the time to get into it and check it. but i think its because the guy that sold me the car put the clutch in him self and never resurfaced the pressure plate

Other than the clutch and grounds what should i be looking for?

Could my radiator play a part in it hesitating?
This is my first 7 so i've never dealt with this type of engine before and i don't really know its boundries and limits.
