I've shifted my S5 TII at 8200..........so, I am not sure it has one...I thought it had a rev limiter at one point but i'm not so sure now(I've revved to 9K accidentally before) but I have an NA gauge cluster on my TII tho( GTUs TII conversion).

there is no rev limiter that i know of, back when i worked on used cars and when i fell in love with the rotary i had the tach pegged at 9000+ while i was driving in the rain power shifting sideways.

oh, and i'm not suggesting you rev your engine that high but just stating i have done it so i don't think there is a rev limiter, only a fuel cut perameter.
