Ok, having an engine rebuilt and was recommened to pick up some new stainless steel braided oil lines. Anyway on racing beat there is a set of "oil cooler hoses" for almost $200. I also noticed on Scalliwag's site (saw them while ordering some motor mounts from him), that he has stainless steel "oil metering lines" for $88. Are these the same lines? If so why the HUGE difference in price?

No, scalliwag's are for the Metering Oil Pump for injecting oil to lubricate the apex seals, not the oil cooler lines.

Go to www.corksport.com for oil cooler lines, theirs are cheaper than Racing Beat and are great, I'm using them.
