Any parts shop - should only be about $30US, and you replace the whole pump - their is no seperate housing so their should be a 'core' exchange deposit. While you're at it check the hoses carefully and replace the thermostat.

 

I think he means the housing behind the pump, not the pump itself. You know, the water pump housing?
Mazdatrix has them, as should most parts stores, and the dealer (latter will take the longest to get in). Try a wrecker too, the don't go bad that often.
You crack it over tightening some bolts?
