You have having a 3800 hesitation as you loose? Or lose? Neither seems to be making sense. What are you losing? Losing power at 3800?

Also, do you have an N/A or a TurboII?

Check the FSM listed in the FAQ. It should show you where the pressure sensor ground is at.

I was curious too. I did search and the only thing I saw was a thread that states that it's only necessary on fcs manufactured before November 86

You shouldn't have to add a ground to the pressure sensor on an S5 as it should already have the ground taken care of. What you should check is the ECU ground to the engine. On aaroncakes page under grounding procedures it says the ECU ground is usually found on the Upper Intake Manifold (UIM) on S5's, it may have been moved around so you would be looking for a ring connector with two black wires coming off it. What you want to do is remove the ground clean both the ring connector and the part of the engine where it was attached, coat it with some dielectric grease and then reinstall.

Here is the link to aaroncakes article on proper grounding. http://www.aaroncake.net/rx-7/grounding.htm
