Premix Thought
I just finished putting the engine in the car two months ago. I noticed on sunday that I have a pin hole leak in one of the oil injector lines. I was thinking of going premix to help the problem and cut the injector lines and cap them off till I have to take the intake back off for something else and finish the job. What do you guys think? I hate to pull the intake back off so soon. Also, has everyone made their own plate to cover the where the omp was or does someone sell a plate for it? Any input would be great.

Thanks, but I want thoughts pertaining to the idea of cutting the lines and capping them near the omp until I take the intake off for other issues. I have read the post you gave the other day, it was very helpful and answered a lot of questions. Also in that post there is not refence to anyone making the plate.
From that thread, by HWO: "I just made a block off plate outta some 1.5mm thick aluminium i had lying about, put some silicone gunge on it and bolted it into place." Should do the trick for you and might be better than damaging the OMP trying to cap the lines, as you intend to use it later.
You might want to look into the price of the lines before cutting the good ones; I've heard they are rather expensive.

I do not intend to use them again, once I go premix there will be no return. I am just seeking a solution to the lines so I don't have to pull the intake right now. Later when I have to replace a hose etc. I will go ahead and remove the oil injectors and lines completely. When I said making the plate I mean someone like Racing Beat selling one. I know that I can make one myself.

I misunderstood your post, obviously. Sorry 'bout that. I thought "finish the job" meant repairing the broken line.
I don't see any problem capping the lines themselves for now, just not on the pump. I have never heard of a plate being sold.
At least I kept you bumped.
