About to change the fuel pump filter
Hey guys, I am about to change the fuel pump filter in about 4 hours. Any tips you guys can give me before i do it? Also what tools and what I should look for?
its easy to get to underneath. The starter is right there, so disconnect the battery. Its also advised to depressurize the fuel system by unplugging the fuel pump connector while the car is running. Makes less of a mess when you pull the filter out.

Hints
Even after you de-pressurize the lines expevt to get douched with gas, cover everything with a towel, and don't be directly underneath.
I found it easiest to undo the bottom hose first, unbolt the harness, and then go topside, and pull the filter up, do the switch there, then put it back down, reconnect and rebolt, all and all very easy.
you should only need some needle nose pliers and whatever size wrench for the 2 bolts.
