premix elimination?

premix elimination?

hey i was just wondering if its possible to go back to the OMP so u dont have to premix. or is it like a one time thing that is irreversible?

no, you can just put the lines back in and the MOP back on.

I would recommend you still use pre-mix for the next 2 tanks though, so that you can confirm the MOP is actually injecting.

Well, as long as someone hasn't done something stupid like jamming the injector holes with bolts, or filling them with JB Weld.

Yeah aaron! what's wrong with that?

I used proper bolts with teflon. If I wanna put the OMP back on, I only have to remove the bolt and reinstall the injectors...

Nothing as long as they were the correct size to begin with and you didn't force them in or something. But I've read some people not being able to find the correct sized bolts and just using something "close" and basically forcing it in. In that case the oil injectors probably wont go in very easily.

my local hardware store had the right size and thread of bolts and i'm in hawaii! they can't be too hard to find.

As [b]dDub[b/] said, nothing as long as the correct bolts were used. They are fine threaded M8 (or M10?), which some people have trouble getting. So they just use whatever is on hand and mutilate the threads.
