Pre-mixing

Hey, I heard a lot of facts about pre-mixing ur gas. What do u actually mix into ur gas? Is it additives like octane boost, fuel injector cleaner, etc? Some people use brands such as sea doo oil, but i have no clue what that is and where to get it.... A little help would be good. Thanx!

To my understanding, You premix typically upon removal of the factory OMP. Why remove the OMP? This oil is shared with engine lubrication process and starts getting dirty. This dirty oil is then shared with the OMP and when burned leaves behind a high level of carbon.

The primary benefit of premix is you're using oil specifically made to be burned in the manner that you're using it in, without leaving high deposits behind. Also, I've heard that because it comes at a much higher psi then what the OMP drips at, it does a better job of lubricating.

I use 1oz of Motul 600 Ester 100% synthetic per gallon of gasoline with no OMP.
