How Much Pre-mix Do You Use?

Reading the archives on pre-mixing oil/gas.

Seams most use MMO? I want to leave my OMP the way it is, but to be on the safe side maybe I should add some pre-mix to ea. tank. So, how much and what kind does everyone use here?

I have a fully functioning OMP but I also premix 8oz of 2-stroke oil at every fillup.

No OMP, Turbo 2 engine (still in break-in with ~1100 miles).

I do about 16 oz a fillup which is usually just shy of 15 gallons. I might be dropping it to 14 oz and see how it goes.

Oh yea it's 2 stroke Marine grade Pennzoil premium plus synthetic--$6.99 a gallon at Academy.

I'm guessing you mean the 85 GS 12a car? Yea I added that fuel filter in addition to the one by the pump.

racing beats' manual recommends 3.5oz two-stroke oil per 5 gallons fuel, I've been using 1 oz. per 1 gallon fuel and my plugs look great-
