Seems like a bunch of Mumbo-Jumbo to get your money! Buy 3 wires and get a free vortex-tornado intake device AND if you act now a free electric turbocharger!!!
Sorry I am a skeptic!

ok, this could be usefull if, if! you have older wires. the wraping will eliminate the arcing of any worn spots, or thin spots in the wire. by providing a direct ground you wont have any arcing to the body or nearby metal. allowintg the only "spark" to be at the plug. this shouldnt be needed with new wires unless you have a 10 gigawatt coil or some ****....

First: You can not get more power or performance this way.
This is a spin off of aircraft spark plug wiring. Most small airplanes (piston engines) have shielded plug wires to control radio interference. This is done because they have magnetos, which generate lots of noise.
This mod is in "RICER TERRITORY"
