Exclamation Please need help QUICKLY!

Well my car won't start right now.. heres the scenario...
I had just taken the car up the driveway and was about to park it, I messed up going in to where I was reversing it into place so I put it in first and proceded to try and go forward, it lurched about a half a foot and then I heard what sounded like the rear tires spinning, but it wasn't comming from the rear, it was comming from under the hood. I gave it some more gas thinking that it was just spinning alittle bit and then I saw smoke come out from underneith my car. As far as I could guess it was the clutch
Anyways I shut the car off, try to move it again same scenario, oh and I'm trying to go slightly up hill. So I shut it off lift the hood to give it a general inspection... clutch fluid is alittle low and alittle black, and could probably use a good bleeding... I close the hood and get back in the car, I turn it on enough to get power, everything lights up etc etc then I go to turn it over and all electronics shut off and I hear a "click" which I'm not sure weather it came from the dash or under the hood or what. I try to get power again and theres no power going to anything in the interior at all. So I go and unplug my battery and then plug it back in and my car alarm goes off, I disarm and get back in the car to try again and the same thing happens. Tried once more and the same thing happened, electronics at first, then I try to turn it over and click electronics gone and I have to disconnect and reconnect the battery again... So right now it's stuck in a very awkward spot in my driveway and I'm left sitting here thinking "wtf". Any help at all would be apreciated

Update:
Well I let it sit for afew mins went back out started her up and then it proceded to try to move it again, it lurched forward a little bit, I engaged it slowly, and then I started hearing that sound again of my tires spinng but not going anywhere. I moved my mirrors back and my rear right wheel was smoking, I couldn't get out fast enough to find out what was smoking though. I know that it couldn't be the emergency brake because I have that disconnected on that side... any ideas?

it might not want to start if the clutch is goofed up.. and the elctrical problem could be from a huge drain on the battery (or a short)

you might consider getting it off that angle before you try to fix it. throw it in neutral and push it up.

Well, you've probably smoked the hell out of your clutch, or your alternator belt is getting fried (I did this once, nice big cloud of smoke) Wasn't on tight enough, sounded JUST like my tires burning out, but really it was the belt, damn thing melted away...

Well, you can go out there now and check how loose it is, or if your alternator locked up (which happens) it could be that that is squeeling and smoking, but this doesn't make much sense as to why the car won't drive at all. Good luck finding your problem, hope it's nothing expensive!

well, if he gets it to lurch, then loses all power, that'd explain why it doesn't drive. the battery gets a charge temporarily just enough to start, but when any strain is put on it, it dies

Well... I went out this morning and hooked up a battery charger and turned her over for a good 20 secs or more she started up normal with the cold start 3000 RPM then I waited for her to die but she didn't
So I moved her around the yard abit and everything was good.. checked my alternator belt and it was fine.. let her idle for awhile to charge the battery back up and it seems to be holding a charge... god knows what happened last night to cause it to do what it did, I think it might have somethign to do with it having next to no gas in it.. first thing I did was get $10 in gas and put it in but that didn't help so i don't see why it would now though...

Well, that still wouldn't have explained the power-loss and the smoke. Did this happen right after a long drive, or just a short drive?

Amazing... Have you driven it around since, is it acting normal now? That is quite strange, i'd of either suspected the clutch or the belts, seem's quite odd that you lost all the power though, maybe your alternator locked up temporarily? (fat chance, I know, but I'm just trying to figure something out here!) Anyway, if it's acting normal now you may want to start checking everything to avoid a bigger problem in the future.

Yah I drove it around today and it was absolutly fine, like when I bought it... I let someone else drive it abit and they said that it felt like the clutch was pretty sensitive so I dunno.. I thought if smoke came from the clutch I'd be fawked.

I'd start by taking the alternator to your parts store, and have them put it on the tester. The fan will blow belt smoke back towards the tranny and out under the car.
