Which Piggyback?

I can't decide between the greddy e-manage/e-manage ultimate (anybody have experience with either?) and the SAFC 2/AFC Neo. There's VERY little to no support locally for either of these (small city) so I'd be on my own. Also, is there any specific wideband anybody would recommend?

The SAFC is really straight forward and easy to set up but does not have nearly the control of the E-manage. The emanage has to be hooked up to a laptop to get the best out of it, whereas the SAFC does not have any computer interface at all.

The Ultimate is almost in a whole other league, approaching the capabilities of a stand alone.

Most of the Wide bands are about the same, some are self calibrating, that is a nice feature.

If you can I would get the Rtek and stay away from piggybacks. It has more features and gives you room to expand.

Most people cant even figure out how to set up a emanage nor tune them properly. And the SAFC is pretty weak. What is your HP goal? I'd deff try and go with at least the Rtek, only seen good things about them and have a fair price.

if you have a S4 rx7, get a Rtek 2.1, if you have a S5 n/a get a Rtek 2.1 but if you have a S5 turbo then I would suggest a safc 2 for basic tuning. You can get a used safc 2 for under $200, sometimes $150.
I got a zeitronix wideband, its pretty easy to use and can do datalog and connect to the pc for data retrieval and live measurements.

Yeah, I have an S5. So no 2.X Rtek yet.

I'd say my HP goal is around 300. I'm looking to DD it with the occasional Auto X/Drift/Drag event, mostly want really nice throttle response.

Also, how much boost can the 2mm seals take? When should I be careful/mill them out for 3mm?

I think you are asking the wrong question when you ask how much boost can the 2mm seals take. If your power goal is about 300whp then you should be fine with your setup.
