Please note:
1. Ducting
2. The pipes feed in and out of the intercooler end tanks without bending much.

Try to avoid bends like this. Every bend reduces pressure, and the turbo needs to spool faster (more heat and lag) to make up for it.

Thanks!
Short IC piping as I like... A Greddy elbow is then a must have.
I also love the Tanabe brace...

BTW very fuuny (and sadly true) signature Rotorhead Motorhead!

Blue TII's setup is referenced so often. I had this setup invisioned when I started building mine than came across his setup. Very helpful he was in sizing and stuff. I took a very VERY different approach in mine though, I did alot of cutting with a plasma and even removed the lower support bar that the oil-cooler mounts to in stock form and started fabbing from there. Here's a recent pic

Oh my!
That brace just look like to old good Okuyama's Miata's brace, is it from this company? (know named carbing if I remeber well...)

Yes this -and yours- are very clean and -even better- should be very efficient. Defo a reference bookmark for me.

Thanks fellas!

TTT made the brace himself. Check out the new fabrication forum.

Mmmm, it is nostalgic to see this thread revived. Thanks for posting pics EvilAviator!

I'm going to post a few links to threads that still have their pics.

This thread has some pics of how the ducting/bracing goes together. Thanks ScrapFC for taking the pics.
