When I cold stat my car, for about 10-15 seconds, it refuses to stay alive beneath 3k. I need to keep it above 3k rpm and even then the engine is not running "clean" it sputters and pops. After about 10-15 seconds, everything smooths out and I can let the engine drop down to 700rpm and rev it however I want. Initially, however, it refuses to stay alive below 3000, even if I am giving it gas. Also, my car refuses to hold an idle for about 10 minutes, until the engine warms up. Then it idles fine. Up to that point, it just dies when I let off the gas. I don't know whether or not I'm dealing with two problems or one, and I've reset my idle setting as little as one month ago. Thanks for you help.
