no, it looks pretty good, maybe add the dimentions you got using the micrometer in various places but thats prob not necassary

A sanding drum works the best. Its fastest and doesnt need additional finishing. I use the couarse grit for most of the work, and the finishing of it with the medium or fine grits. You wont want the runners polished though. That causes the fuel to stick to the walls of the runners, which is not a good thing. Besides, a slightly rough surface disrupts the boundary layer of the air enough to make the air flow better.

Well, I dont have that manifold anymore, and I dont want to take mine off my car just to get the measurements. If Agent D has a micrometer and hasnt put it on yet, Ill post the numbers on my site if he gets them for me.
