Is this part of the cold start?
Not sure a hose was ever on this thing..can I cap it, or should it have a hose? Couldn't find anything about it in the FSM, parts manual seemed to indicate it should have a tube going to a coolant tank..which I don't have.

Never mind fellas, found the name of it so I could properly search. Looks like block it off and toss it, correct?
