Throttle body coolant hose..remove UIM?

Throttle body coolant hose..remove UIM?
I just assembled the UIM after port cleaning, I left off the 2 coolant hoses the go to the TB. Can I get to the port by just removing the TB, or do I have to take the UIM off again? Also which of the two TB ports does it attach to, the other one goes...?
