Talking The only awsome Civic, EVER

A guy at my work took a beater '90 Civic converted to rear wheel drive w/a 350 in it, this guy knows what's going on, wish he had put a 20b in it though

ok no offence or anything, but why in hell would anyone convert a civic to rwd and stick a chevy 350 in it. that just seems like a lot of wasted work and money, just for a crappy outcome.

Because a ls1 in a civic makes for a VERY fast car. If you can do metal work yourself and have basic mechanics... well it wont cost that much.

first everyone complains that civics are slow and FWD. Now everyone says that it still sucks even tho its RWD, has good power and can beat up a fair amount of RX-7s in a race*.

*Race as in stop light to stop light OR 1/4 mile race.

I saw one on the net somewhere. it had the stock engine in the front driving the front wheels. and a 350 in the back driving the rear. drive around town just using the front one to save gas, and use it to run the alternator, PS, and A/C

pull up to the line. guy laughs at you. then you start the 2nd one up

914's are mid-rear, how would a 350 fit??? and 944's are front-rear, that would make a bad-*** 350 conversion.
