OMP working or not?

Is their a way to check to see if the OMP is working properly. I'm looking for the n370 maf and map the only other thing mentioned that could cause my problem was the OMP. For some reason this motor(JDM motor) came with about 6 ground wires all over the engine and the air pump had no belt on it but the alt. double drive belts? Any thoughts
.

I've talked to a few of the guys about this. The car runs fine, I put a s5 89 13t motor in a 86 that had a 13b. When the car warms up it starts bogging and wont take full throttle. The OMP was one of the things we talked about. The other was the map, i have the stock n320 and the maf ia a n318. The map was from the other motor the maf was from another guy (its just what he sent ) should have been a n370. So my plan is to replace all the componates and get rid of this problem.

Yes, but one plug had the harness cut. I assume it went to the console/cluster at least thats how we wired it. The tach doesnt work anymore either Opps.

It sounds like your using the JDM harness but I can't be sure. IF there is no plug on that harness for the wiper motor it probably is.

Actually I'm just wasting your time. I think the only way *I* could figure it out is to get a digital meter out and the series five FSM. In the FUEL SECTION there are about two pages that list each pin on the ECU and what their output/inputs in volts dc should be at idle and just the key to ON.

Then you'd be able to figure out what's not putting out or not getting a signal.

Do you mean one of the ECU plugs has its harness cut? Which plug is cut off? Lotta wires?

Actually it's pretty neat that you've the series five ECU in the series four car and it's up and sort of running. Seems just a few wires are missing or ????? whatever.
