oil seals

I have a spare engine thats low mileage but the oil seals are shot since it keeps smoking. can i just replace the oil and coolant seals and reuse the old apex seals?

Possibly. You won't know until you tear it apart and measure everything

Apex seals can be reused provided they meet measurement specs according to the FSM.
