oil pressure sitting about 110?

oil pressure sitting about 110?

ever since i put my new clutch in my oil pressure guage sits at 110 and occasionally goes down to 60 and between 0 and 30 (at idle) any ideas?

i would temporarily install an aftermarket oil pressure gauge and take the car for a drive to verify the readings. the stock gauge isnt always so accurate. from there you can troubleshoot the problem, be it a bad sender gauge or wiring..

There is a condensor that bolts to the trans at the slave cylinder. It is required for proper operation of the oil pressure gauge. Check to see that you have it connected, this is one of the items people overlook when changing the clutch.
