once again no power....
Ok so i finely got a chance to sit down with a multi-meter and my fc and i am not getting power to my cas through the harness. i also checked my plugs for the leading coil and it is not getting power on the plug that has 4 wires but is getting power on the one with 2 ( which from the look of it is keyed power?) i need an electrical guru. it is a GXL-T2 swap and i would really like to start it.

Your going about this wrong. You NEED to plug the CAS up and then go to the ECU and probe the wires on the ECU and compare the readings there to the figures in the FSM.
Look at the FSM. All those CAS wires are INPUT signals FROM the CAS TO the ECU. NOT power TO the CAS. If you pull the plug off the CAS and read voltage, all your doing is reading some backfeed from a device inside the ECU. Not meaningful at all (other than giving you some reason to believe that wire is not *open* to the ECU).
And do the coils while your there.

Electrical plugs are read from the WIRE side of the plug in a right to left fashion. Unbolt the ECU and leave the plugs on it. Backprobe the wires with anything from a needle in touch with the meter lead to paper clips or buy a couple of banna jacks from Radio Shack and solder a 18-22 ga single stand wire to the banna jacks and then plug the meters leads to the banna jack. Then insert the single strand wire in the back of the plug at whichever wire your probing.
