oil pressure 0 (zero)
ok, just did engine swap, new engine in there, and oil gauge is 0. The engine runs fine (just drove 6 hours to school) so I know its getting oil, but the gauge says 0. If I rev it up to around 5 K, it slowly climbs to like 5 haha. (but it does move)
Any ideas? I just bought a new line condensor (or conditioner what ever its called) that grounds onto the clutch bolt things, and plugs into the 1 pin white pin on the driver side, and the oil pressure sensor is plugged in. ( I even took the oil pressure sensor off my old engine and put it on there to see if that helps and it didnt)
Thanks all.

be very careful rotaries will run with close to no oil, but they slowly die and you get seized rotors that way
if you are unsure of it, install a cheap after market gauge. 50 compared to a 1500 rebuild is worth the assurance

Ok, how could I test to see if there is any oil pressure? And also how easy is it to install an aftermarket gauge?
theres a ton of threads about oil pressure just do a search
if the needle looks like it fell off the gauge then its just broken
but the sensor in your new motor is prob messed up or something
you would know if you didn't have any oil pressure

Its not even registering, its just 0. When I start the car it goes up to like 4 or 5 psi. Then drops down to 0.

Go to the parts store and get a cheap oil pressure gauge either mechanical or with it's own sender to verify. It's very difficult to screw up so badly in building the engine that you get almost no oil pressure, but it can be done. A blown out front cover o-ring will give you low pressure, but not zero. Leaving out the eccentric oil pellet will cause no pressure. Improperly installing the drive gear on the pump can do it as well...
