Oil and cooling lines to factory turbo

So I am getting to the point of my project where I pull the N/A exhaust upper and lower and attach the beautiful TII parts. However looking at my turbo I find myself in WTF land because frankly I do not know how the oil return lines hook up, nor how the water cooling hooks up, nor where THIS is suppose to go:

Note THIS is thing circled in red on picture.

<a href="http://s1259.photobucket.com/albums/ii549/gadufresne/?action=view&amp;current=wtf.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1259.photobucket.com/albums/ii549/gadufresne/wtf.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

I have never seen this on a turbo so wtf is it and where does it go?
Does it cycle back in to the intake tube?

I thought the wastegate was internal? It already has a hose protruding from it as well.

How would I connect that to the wastegate from there? I am not grasping the concept of where that is to go.

Im going na-t as well in the future. Just need to find me a rtek ecu so its tunable. This is what i will be doing for my turbo oil/coolant lines hope it helps....

Im going to use the T2 front cover for oil return(might as well so i can add a turbo oil pump & chain protector) bought a oil filter adapter piece for oil feed and to add a oil pressure gauge.

For cooling ill be using a T2 waterpump assembly since it has a coolant return nipple on it and tee into the coolant nipple on the rear plate for coolant feed.

If this wont work please let me know haha thanks

It is actually a T2 motor with N/A upper and lower only used for break in period. It is all 4 port and has TII internals/rotors/housings etc. The block itself was removed from a turbo S5.

It's the pressure source for the wastegate actuator. You'll find it on a ton of turbos. If yours is missing, tap it for an NPT fitting.

Looking at the front of the turbo, the water/oil fittings are:

Top: Oil feed
Bottom: Oil Drain
Left: Water feed
Right: Water return

Adding to what he said, you'll need to know what the pipes look like.

Oil feed: skinnier hard metal line that has a 2-bolt flange on one end and a flare fitting on the other end.
Oil drain: Larger, flexible metal tube that has a 2-bolt flange on either end.
Water feed: Has a banjo fitting on one end, 2-bolt flange on the other side.
Water return: Banjo fitting on one end, bare pipe on other end. You'll need either a custom-bent hose, or do like I do and use a long length so it flexes It connects to a nipple near the lower radiator hose.

originally, the turbo coolant feed comes from the TII LIM, and the return is on the water pump housing. You could also get the coolant feed from the nipple on the rear iron. Or.. coolant feed from behind the waterpump and return coolant nipple on rear iron (originally used for throttle body/thermowax coolant lines).

turbo oil feed is on the front iron drivers side. return is lower front cover pass side. Or you could use oil filter pedestal adapter for feed, and tap the oil pan for a return.

wastegate.. install a nipple in that hole in your compressor housing. or you could also just block that hole and use any boost source before throttle plates.

O i see now. You already have a TII block to route all the lines, just needed to know where then went on the turbo pretty much. Haha sorry i couldnt help but others have. Meh, good info for others anyways!

TY, I really appreciate the help this gives me a little more incentive to go throw it all in and get it done Now I just need to figure out how to line in my mechanical boost gauge =D and where to install my fuel cut defense switch lol.. I hope I don't have to swap harnesses, I shouldn't because all the emissions BS is gone.

Im also doing the NA to Turbo conversion but I can't find the adapter for the oil feed line from the oil filter pedestal. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

you can see that blue line down on the turbo, that is what that line is.
