oil cooler line help plz

I have a leak in my oil cooler lines. Both of them need to be replaced....I had a guy look at it for sure. He called the dealership and it is 300 bucks for one and 200 bucks for the other one. He also called all the local junkyards and he said one even laughed at him. I was wondering if there is a cheaper aftermarket solution or if anyone has any spares i can purchase. I dont like being away from my 7 help me quick plz.

The for sale section here is wonderful for such things. I'll look and see if I got a good set lying around.

If you can find a shop that does hydraulic repairs for heavy equipment and the like, and take your old lines to them, they can fabricate new ones for you. Hopefully, your fittings are in good shape, because they'll want to re-use them. It will still be expensive for you to do it this way, but not nearly as expensive as buying from Mazda.

You can also find a fabricator on line, if need be. Also, you may be able to find the lines from an aftermarket source. I've never checked, so I don't know.

Another option is to go to a place that makes hydraulic lines and sells fittings. They can help you out, just take the old lines with you and say,"I need some new ones like this". There might be an adapter involved somewhere but you'll get out the door for around $60.

That quote of 200 and 300 is awful. Mazdatrix sells braided stainless steel versions for about 160 for both lines, Mazda OEMs for 80-90 each

Corksport SS braided lines are under $150 for both lines together

CORKSPORT Stainless Braided Oil Cooler Line Set--will those fit on the oil cooler. They look completely different than the stock ones. I just want to make sure that they will replace the two lines from the oil cooler that go into the bottom of the engine. If some one can clarify that they will go on it would really help me out.

Cork sport uses banjo lines they are a direct replacement as stated. Mazdatrix and RB and so on use AN fittings. They are straight thread and flow a little more but cost a few more $ too.
