Ohm Resistance on s4 cas and others

I am wondering about the resistance and what happens if for example my crank angle sensor is testing at 159 ohms and 156 ohms on the connect follow the fsm of course which is bellow specs. Is this a sign that the cas is bad? Is that a general rule that anything out of range that its bad? My coils test with in spec, well my leading is 0.8 ohms and my trailing is right at 1 ohm. I am currently trouble shooting this because of my idle sometimes raising up after I rev my engine and it never comes back down as well as getting strange readings on my wideband. When using a timing light I to set the timing I get it set ok and idling around 800-900rpm and then it idles at 1200 rpms after I rev the engine. Any ideas?

Not cas related. More likely BAC related. As in sticking open a touch. Try it with the BAC unplugged. And or spray some cleaner in the BAC with it unbolted from the manifold. NEVER pry on the internal diaphragm.
