Need help with no ne signal

Just wanted to get some help. Its been 2 months since I've been trying to figure out how to fix my cell code 2 for no ne signal. Changed out ecu x3, new crank sensors, rewired the cas wiring from ecu to cas and checked gap on the pulley. I've read out all my wires and everything is within specs. I've been searching around and only found one guy on nopiston forum but never stated how he fixed it. Also tried clearing the code multiple times with no luck, when key is on ignition my fuel pump will stay on constantly.

Could be the trigger wheel is bent on the front pulley. This is not a common problem so I doubt anyone will have an easy answer.

its a simple circuit, its just the sensor, 2 wires and the ecu. i believe the ecu is just looking for opens or shorts too, so it shouldn't be too hard to make it happy

As Dale suggests, your next step should be checking the trigger wheel.

I know this is old but just wanted everyone to know that I replaced the CAS sensor x3(might gotten a bad batch)and installed a new connector to get it fixed.
