Coolant in exhaust manifold?

So i have coolant physically leaking from my exhaust manifold. Everytime i start the car up, it shoots out a big puff of white smoke, but the car doesnt stay running so i don't know if it goes away.

The coolant was filled up completely, now it is just about at the fins of the radiator, and the overflow bottle still has the same amount of coolant in it.

This is a fresh rebuild. I'm fucked right?

Those are pictures of my rebuild. I did nothing wrong and followed everything to the Full Service Manual within spec. I don't know how this could be happening.
