Sounds more like you have a problem with the head unit (or the trigger wire between the head unit and antenna) talking to the antenna's since you've tried several antenna's and no luck.

The Blue/White wire at the antenna should have voltage w/key to ACC and is powered by the 20 amp Audio fuse. The Black/Green wire should have voltage w/key to on and is powered by the 10 amp Power St. fuse. The Light Green wire should have constant voltage and is powered by the 10 amp Antenna fuse.

Can you HEAR the antenna motor spinning when you turn the radio ON? If so, then the problem is the plastic antenna drive parts that can be bought at MAZDATRIX or a local dealer.

usually it's aftermarket head units, because the stock stereo feeds a ground signal to the antenna relay to power it up where all aftermarket stereos use a power signal to power up the antenna.
if it's still the stock stereo or has been wired correctly with an aftermarket deck, usually the gear cable for the antenna has broken by now.
