Side markers

Fixing salvage title, but in the break and light test they are requiring i have front and rear side markers. Anyone get ticketed for not having these? Debating on double side tape sticking them to the car to pass then removing for a cleaner look. AND if I have to keep them, does anyone know if clear markers are ok, or do they have to be orange and red?
Thanks

I don't want any of i can get away with it, but clear if i have to have them. My Rx is cym and that ugly red is an eyesore on the cym. I'm just wondering from people that don't have them, if they get fix it tickets/hassled by the cops.

Do you have a body kit that took them away or something? Perhaps you could do your double sided tape idea and have them coming out of the fender vent.

Bingo. Gt300 widebody. Either never had them or molded over them. Unfortunately no reverse lights either, going to have to add those. Safety reasons.
