O2 sensor wire is not long enough!

Attach a spade connector to each end of that "speaker wire". You need the plug on one end, the connector on the other. Very easy.

I believe Spade conectors are those flat style connectors. The same as when you conect that speaker wire to a speaker, that Flat Slide-in desing.

You can gat then at Radio shack or auto parts stores.

That is weird. I bought my header from RB and it came with wire and connectors for the O2 sensor. Just run a cut the O2 sensor wire, and run a 1.5 foot (guess) piece of 14g wire to connect the ends. Then, just plug it all back together. Easy as pie!!

No prob. I got a little baggie w/ my header that had a ACV block off plate, and O2 sensor rewiring stuff.

Make sure you secure the wire so that it doesn't make contact with the exhaust. Mine did and it melted the wire. It's not as easy as it seems since the only things to attch it to are hot. I ended up using the heat shielding and bending a piece back to pinch on the wire.
