Now I'm not sure if this turbo is a 60-1 hyrbid.
I bought it with my motor, unknown wheel specs. Everyone said its most likely a 60-1 hyrbid because those are common, well here is a side by side pic of another guys 60-1 hyrbid, My wheel is considerably larger. So what gives? I had measured the inducer and exducer at one point, and was told the specs were too large to be a 60-1, but I just figure I had been off with the measurements, even tho i had done them several times with a micrometer. The compressor housing barely fits on it also, I have to have it angled or it won't fit.

Isn't there a name brand on it? If so the measurements and a call to the manufacturer should get you your answer. I doubt anyone could tell just by looking at that picture. Maybe if you posted the measurements you took, someone might recognise them.

lol. I first thought your turbo was the one on the left and I was going to say that my turbo was also powdercoated yellow, then I was going to say that it is also a 60-1 hybrid, then I was going to say that I also have lots of little red hoses in my engine bay, and that I also have a white TII. But, I then noticed that was my car on the left...
Well, back to your turbo - what are the inlet and outlet sizes of the turbo? Are you sure it is a hybrid? How about a picture of the hotside? You can even post it next to a pic of the hotside of my hybrid
well, give us some more info (at least as much as you have)

Here is the only pic of it I have, I know it is made by Airesearch, I believe they are an offshoot of Garret(sp?). I know its a hybrid, the hotside is just to small . I have not measured the inlet/outlets of the compressor housing, but I could tommorrow, I do have the turbo off right now.

Hey, is a 60-1 the same as a .6 a/r. I thought the a/r was just for the housing, and the 60-1 was for the compressor wheel, but some guy was talking about a 60-1 compressor housing and a 115-1 exhaust housing. Someone care to help me out here?

I have that statement on my website about the 60-1 comp side being the largest you can run on the stock Hitachi HT-18.  This is specifically in reference to the Turbonetics T04B line of compressor components.  You can always go with the Garrett T04E line or some other turbo model line.
60-1 comp wheel sizes are listed on the Turbonetics website - http://www.turboneticsinc.com/

1) Compressor trim
2) Turbine trim
3) Turbine A/R number
Compressor A/R is "useless".  Any other numbers are useless also.
