You're not going to have any spark if the motor isn't even turning over.

You need to check a number of things:
1) Battery. Does it have 12.5V or more?
2) Cables. Are the connections to the starter clean?
3) Ignition switch. Is there a click when you turn the key to "start"? If not, then your ignition switch may be bad. Will it start if you try over and over?
4) Starter. You can take it into a parts store and they will bench test it for you.
