Angry No SPARK!

My spark plugs seemed dead, so I tried a different plug that I know works. That didn't work, and now I know that no plugs work with any of the wires (trailing or leading)
WTF!?!?!?!?

well most people say that the ground is just that it is bolted to the body however somepeople put a wire from one of the bolts to the battery however I don't really think this would be it if all of a sudden it went out. What happend exactly that caused this?

no power spikes... for a while i ran with the positive wire to the battery terminal loose (couldn't figure out why i couldn't get electrical power sometimes for the longest time LoL)...
And I just did a motor swap and it worked fine before... I even tried a spare set of wires and plugs... but ya, no power to the "coil w igniter"
