I have not had a lot of time to work on the 7 today, but I did get a little bit done.

How did you mount the intercooler, or is it supported only by the piping?

Oh man,
My wallet is hurting just looking at all that SS/AN fuel line and adapters.

Defintely sexy though

What FPR are you using? I'm still trying to find one that's under the $135 Aeromotive price tag.

PS. Paint that Oil fill tube!

It is a SARD rising rate fpr. I think I got it from www.rx7.com ? It was a little cheaper than the aeromotive. I have an exhaust for you too.

im not sure if this was already mentioned but, how much have you spent on this project/car and how much time, sweat, and blood has this taken from you?

it looks really clean! Have considered doing the Miata tranny swap?

Thanks for your compliments.
I do not even care to think about all of the time, sweat, blood, aggravation, sleepless nights, and money has gone into it as of right now. All of them are substantial though. Keep posted for more updates!

it was just a suggestion. I've seen people do them and I've always heard positive feedback from it. I figured he'd be interested or already looked into it. Apparently not, but eh. I'll keep checking in.

Oh and hey I got my Blackmagic Fan to turn on, but it only turns on when the engine temp is really high. Didnt have time to work on it some more, but in my book it seems i've accomplished alot. Im sure with what you have done you'll figure it out and I'll keep posted.

I just wish I had a garage... maybe in the next couple of months, *sigh*

No, I have never even considered a miata tranny. I have heard about people swapping out the gear sets though.

I finished putting the exhaust on today. It is a custom 3" down pipe that is ceramic coated and has an egt bung and o2 sensor bung. It is mated up to a Corksport 3" catback.

I know I am a fool!lol The exhaust mani is a custom job. It is shaped after the hks log mani, but it it 2.5" 321ss construction. Yeah, the dp goes down at about a 45 degree angle.

Thanks

Just a suggestion, but you're going to want to heat wrap the front half of the exhaust system. The reduction in underhood temps (as well as floor temperature!) is dramatic.
