New pulsation dampner?

My PD is bad and its holding me up. I cant stand driving a Ford Aerostar for much longer I need some advice on what I should do to fix this.

I was wondering if I should...

A) do the banjo bolt fix
B) buy a new PD from Mazda
C) Look for a different fix like some kind of aftermarket
Fuel rail.

I ordered a banjo bolt from Summit but we turned the wrench a little more than we should have. Now I have a broken Banjo bolt. I've been running around all over town looking for another Earls bolt and its impossible to find in that size. Is there another banjo bolt, thats not Earls, that will work? Im debating on buying a new PD from Mazda ($$$). Need some help quick. Thanks and sorry for the long post.

I got the S5 Fuel rail that has the one-peice PD for about $50 shipped.

For an S4 TII you would need an S5 N/A rail.

you can still use a S5 PD on your S4, its one of the mods i plan to do. they're still prone to failure, but less often then the S4 PDs

Just get the PD from mazda. I was thinking the same exact way as you are now. But when it comes down to it, the PD was put there for a purpose. Even though after about 100,000 miles it needs to be replaced, its the best bet to do it right.

I'm almost positive you have to use the S5 fuel rail along with the PD. The only reason I'm not 100% sure is I've never done the swap myself. Search, I know its been talked about.

use an s5 fuel rail and pulsation damper on your s4. s5's almost never fail and you can get a used one for cheap. its a good mod to do unless you like your car lighting on fire. just buy the one that j-rat has. he only want 50 dollars for it. its cheaper than a new s4 pulsation damper and will work better anyways

mine's failing and it's from an s5 (I smell some major gas fumes) so don't go with a used unit, whatever the year is. just get a new one and do it right, that's what I'm planning on doing...
