Warped Rotors? WTF? I don't think you understand how this works, exactly We're not talking a brake-rotor style thing spinning around inside your engine. got to Rotaryengineillustrated.com and watch some animations, and check out detailed pics I can garuntee that your Rotor is not warped

Now, Onto buisness.

I haven't seen your original thread, so I'm going to throw out all possiblities, starting with the cheapest.
This sounds it may have a simple solution, so don't go jumping to conclusions that your engine is shot, or you'll sound like a Mazda Service Tech. This is all with the assumption that you just aquired the car, and/or its been neglected for a while.

the FIRST thing I would do is change your spark plugs and wires. I'll lay money that if its this beat, they haven't been changed in a long time, and Rotaries tend to eat spark plugs a bit faster than a piston engine.

2nd thing to do is a full tuneup. I'm talking all of the hoses, belts, fluids (don't forget transmission and differential), and ESPECIALLY vacuum lines. There's lots of them, and after 20 years, they start to get a bit brittle and crack, making your idle bad and your startups harder. The rest of the tuneup (such as new coolant hoses) won't affect your startup problems, but it will make your life easier, knowing that your car is performing to the best of its ability.

3rd, is it cranking fast enough? A weak battery will give a slow cranking speed, which is difficult for any engine, piston or rotary, to deal with. If the battery is good, now is a time to start checking out all of the major grounds, to be proactive against any grounding problems.

4th, Is the timing set properly? It may be off a bit, or mis-adjusted by the previous owner? get a timing light and make sure its set dead on the marks.

5th, do a compression check. This is pretty much THE ONLY good way for a novice to learn what condition their engine internals are in.

Start working through that, especially the 1st step, and see how you make out.

Good luck

OMFG, THANK YOU!!!!! ur right about the previous owner "SLIGHTLY" neglecting the poor thing, but i have changed spark plugs, fuel & air filters as a rough starting point just to make sure that it is road worthy enuff to get home.
