Need opinions
Here goes my soon to be setup:
j-spec TII motor
TII:tranny, driveshaft, rear-diff, half-shafts, hood
S-AFC I or II
(2) 720 Secondaries
Thunderfab 3" dp/mp
Corksport Exhaust
FCD
No emmisions(airpump, rats nest, everything else blocked off)
stock turbo(ported wastegate)
TurboXS manual boost controller
Dual Gauge Pillar
Autometer 30/30 boost
Walboro 255 FP
ACT HD PP/6 puck clutch and Flywheel(streetlite)
I am going to send two 550's and the two new 720's to RC to have em cleaned. I know a standalone is the way to go but i'm not interested in that currently. I plan on running 10-12 psi.
Will that be safe?
Also what kind of power would i be looking at?
Is there a brand of injectors i shoud stick with?
Whats the difference between the S-AFC I and II? Thanks for the input.

That looks fine to me. Make sure you find a decent tuner, and use whatever SAFC he's most comfortable with. One area of concern that I would address is your boost gauge. You should really try to find the best one you can afford, even a good used one would be better than an autometer. But your fuel setup should be good to go.

Oh, i just happen to have the boost gauge already. I'm very aware that its not a good piece of equipment. I will be buying greddy gauges shortly. I appreciate your input.

do not buy the ACT 6puck clutch unless it has a sprung hub (IIRC, act does not make a sprung 6puck). unsprung puck clutches are very very jerky and annoying to try to drive.
is it a series4 TII or series5?
my guess (assuming that its a series4) is that you'll make 220whp on 12psi. and thta is with good compression and a good safc dyno tune.

I appreciate your input tons but seems like everyone i've spoken with and all the threads i've searched are saying Its difficult at first but you just adapt your driving to it. Almost none of the people that claim to have it say its unstreetable. Not fun in traffic yes but streetable none the less with practice.
Have you done any racing with your current setup Jacobcartmill?
You have pretty much what i'm going to have besides the s5 motor.

yeah i have, mostly just streetraces though. the car should run about a 13.6-13.8 1/4 mile @104-105 or so.
(i cant prove it yet cause the track is closed for winter ) my car is low 14's or high 13's cause its not running QUITE right, but its still fairly quick.
i'm running about .7 bar (~10psi) i am on the stock turbo so the boost hits about .75 bar and bleeds to about .5 bar by redline. not too bad i suppose, GREAT midrange power and fast spoolup. i can deal with the boost falling off a little bit since it spools so fast.
also, i'd DEFINTIELY recommend getting a different clutch. my SPEC stage2 clutch is awesome. its like BARELY heavier than the stock clutch and it holds like 380 ft-lbs of torque... and its a sprung disc clutch so its VERY smooth engagement.
the walbro and SAFC should be enough fuel for 10-12 psi, (MAKE SURE YOU GET IT TUNED)
the car should be alot of fun man.
