Need Help badly pics inside

So i am just about done swapping a motor over in to my seven and so far everything that you think could go wrong went wrong. now i am literally just steps away from it starting again but i have a problem the ignition is charging my hole car up (yup bad grounding issue) and i dont remember where two wires went too.

yellow/red i believe is the signal for the oil pressure sensor. second pic that one goes to the tab on top of the thermostat neck iirc

cant find the tab or the wire for the oil pressure sensor. haha its always the easiest things that slip through my hands

the tab is on the end of a black circle, its close to where the heater hose goes into the back of the engine

Right above it actually. It is under the filter pedestal. The tab sticks out toward the driver side firewall.

If you don't have it by tommorow I'll take a pic for you.

your green wire may or maynot have a spot to plug in. I have seen n/a's that dont have the water temp sender on the water pump/thermostat housing. It would be on the top right near the pressure cap and upper rad hose.

above is thermo and below is oil pressure and i cant think of what the other is right now...


i took alot of pictures when pulling my engine. sorry if their dirty / unclear, its from a 87 Turbo II from a junkyard.

make sure you didnt swap the battery ground and power wires at the starter. they look really similiar, but the ground goes to the back (engine) side of the upper starter bolt and the power obviously to the rear of the starter, lower bolt. also make sure that the power line to the starter doesnt touch the starter housing, they are usually pretty close. the ground will go to the open bolt hole that can be seen facing the front of the engine bay in Violent's second pic. Its right above the oil cooler and right below and behind the heater core tube, next to the harness bracket/clamp.

yeah it ended up being my bac so yeah but got all the other stuff pluged in correctly
