Who is tuning it? When I bought my RX7 I took it to a
local shop, because the Mazda dealer wouldn't work
on 7's. It had sat for three years, so I said give it the works.
I later found out that very few people if any no what the
works is on an RX7.
I've ended up doing the works my self over a period of a couple
months.

lol, thats expected, I let my mom drive around my 'vert for a couple weeks - she's used to own several muscle cars when she was in her teens, so I trust her with it - she took it to get the oil changed at a texaco xpress lube, the head mechanic lifted the hood and went ".... what the hell is THIS?, and THIS? .... WHAT THE HELL??"
then she told them it needed 20-50 oil, or her son would kill her. followed by a blank stare from the mechanic....

moral of the story: get used to it, it's a rotary, no one knows what they are.

well this is tuning the a/f ratio's and leaning it out some using the s-afc. I do all the plugs and oil changes and stuff like that.
