I had the tb off my car and was looking down the intake..I noticed that all four of my intake ports have a oil injector and only the two outer ports were dirty with oil..Leading me to believe that only two of my four injectors are working? Is my omp fubar? or the injectors? or is that the way it works?

 

The oil injectors that are used on the primary ports are on the enigne itself not the intake. Your MOP is probably ok.
