Question Mufflers

I am hearing what sounds like a hole in the muffler, the previous owner had midas mufflers (POS IMHO), and I was wondering what muffler would give the best performance, while maintaining "Stock" Sound. I don't want it sounding like a chainsaw. I would like to remain silent but deadly....

any thoughts...

I dig the RB but they are too expensive.. I just got the Borla catback from summit and it was 420.00 shipped. It's full SS, mandrel bent, same pipe diamater that RB uses. It's also straight though and full SS packed mufflers.. comes with all the gaskets and a Borla hat. It's not all bling bling like the Racing Beat but the tip is polished SS. Oh also comes with a "million mile warranty"

I JUST got it.. I mean the delivery guy just woke me up and I brought it into the house and opened the box. I ordered it yesterday at noon and I get it today at 9am.. that's friggin awesome Summit!

Anyway I will be taking pictures of the whole thing and doing a write up in a couple of days after I get it installed.

That doesn't include the Y-pipe.. that would just be for two cans.

The catback system is 576.00 plus shipping and tax if you live in Cali.. I had problems finding a place not in Cali that had the NA version.. most places seem to only carry the Turbo cat back.

Cool you are right.. missed that!! lol

I love the RB stuff.. RarestRX has the true duals and they sounds sooo sick.. nice deep sound and I dig the bling. If you JUST want mufflers the RB stuff is expensive.. but it's quiet.. got a deep sound.. not a loud sound.. I just could not justify the extra 200.00 for the cat back... save that for an SAFC :-)
