Try places like http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/ or Summitracing.com for adapters that go from six to ten etc. If that's the real question. Whether you should use a 10 in lieu of a six...got me.

The FPR should just have pipe threads or standard type thread and you can buy an adapter to whatever -an size you need. Oh yeah, tell them you just want the aeroquip fittings, if you get the aeromotive, they'll be like 10 bucks each instead of 4.00. Out of couriosity, what the heck are you building that requires -10 line. I went with -8 to dual at the rails. That should be enough to support some stupid parts breaking power.

-6AN is usually good for 700hp, and I doubt you'd even come close to that kinda fuel flow, unless you're running methanol.
I know the "big" Aeromotive fuel pump runs -10 in/outs.  If you're willing to run -10AN SS lines up to the front, this would be ideal, but it's expensive!  The alternate would be to run a -10 to -6 adapter and then run -6AN SS lines up front - this would be significantly cheaper than the -10 stuff!
