i want to hear that 'psssst' on a civic when he is accelerating, not when he lets off the gas. if any one on this forum EVER hears a 'blow off valve sound' while the dude is in the middle of a gear and on the gas, make sure you run him off the road or something to that affect. (i suppose you could just laugh at him)

laughing at someone for paying 140 for a sound, and how much did your blow off valve cost?

 

why not just record it on a cd and play it back through the 400lbs worth of speakers half the ricers have in their cars? Probably sound better

Surely you can't be serious. BOVs on turbo cars are done occasionally for the sound, but in most cases, it's because the stock BOVs get "overloaded" when tuning a turbo car. Turbo guys who pay $140 for a BOV are most likely not just buying a sound. PLUS, a turbo car has a USE for the BOV, so it's not even a close comparison. Ok, done with that rant, and I'm still tired, so it probably made no sense....

uhm, very nice thing, if the psss-sound is the main thing u want from your turbo :-)). Next time, they will offer a flamethrower installed in your exhaust system to emulate flames by shifting :-))))))
