The easiest way to raise the compression in a piston engine is either with flattop/popup pistons, and/or have the block 0 decked, and/or surface the heads, and/or get a smaller cc combustion chamber head. You could also just throw some JB weld on top of the piston to raise the compression, if you were a dumbass.
I have also heard that you can wrap the rotor in electrical tape(the more you wrap, the higher the compression!!) then cut slits out so the apex seals can come through... this also will raise the compression, if your a dumbass.
